TKWin (tkwin.asia) provides online betting, casino, and Sports Gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between TKWin and the user.

These terms apply from the moment you browse the website, create an account, make a deposit, or play any game. TKWin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time — Any changes will be published on the website, and continued use of the service thereafter will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Using TKWin requires an active internet connection and a compatible device. TKWin is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.

When registering with TKWin, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, phone number, and date of birth. Providing false details may result in your account being closed at any time and your balance being forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number or bank account is prohibited.
• Your account login credentials (password, OTP) are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone.
• Users are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to any third party.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or managing funds for third parties is strictly prohibited.

When TKWin requests that account information be updated, users must respond within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

The minimum age to use TKWin's services is 18. If the age declared at registration is found to be inaccurate and subsequent verification confirms the user is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.

KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. TKWin completes verification within 24 hours.

Deposits on TKWin can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳৳ 200. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–10 minutes.
• If a deposit fails, the payment provider will automatically return the funds.

• Deposits made in another person's name or through a third party are not permitted.

• Transactions via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 1–4 hours to process.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while a previous request is still being processed.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals on accounts under investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.

• Each bonus comes with wagering (rollover) requirements — generally ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until wagering requirements have been met.
• The same person cannot claim the same bonus more than once.

• If TKWin suspects abuse of the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate the account.

TKWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time — particularly in cases of abuse, and without prior notice.

All bets placed on TKWin are final — once confirmed, they generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If the Cash Out feature is available, you may partially or fully settle a bet while a match is in progress.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳৳ 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for any related bets will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, TKWin reserves the right to void that bet.
• TKWin will not be held liable for any incomplete live bets resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• If match-fixing or the use of insider information is suspected, TKWin may investigate and void the bets in question.

Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TKWin. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system.
• Using software or bots to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Using TKWin for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing TKWin staff or other users.

TKWin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations. Funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users may also close their own account at any time — Help Center TKWin will process the closure once contacted. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Funds held in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited by TKWin.
• The balance in a self-excluded account will be returned once the designated exclusion period ends.
• TKWin will consider requests to reopen a permanently closed account, but approval is not guaranteed.
